Manikandan has come out with another outstanding flick from his kitty Aandavan Kattalai. After making Kaaka Muttai and Kuttrame Thandanai, the filmmaker has once again proved his worth.

This time he teams up with Vijay Sethupathi and Rithika Singh to talk about another social issue - fake passport.

Vijay Sethupathi plays the role of a youngster who comes from a village to Chennai to get passport so that he can fly abroad for his job. Ritika Singh plays the role of a journalist in a Tamil news channel.

Comedy is one key element in the entire movie. Manikandan has used it to convey intricking issues with ease. Good one-liners backed by a message-oriented subject has formed the crux of the whole flick.Vijay Sethupathi has once more proven his worth in this flick. He is definately the director's actor has he has performed par excellence.

His reactions and dialogues are a delight. He plays the common man who faces problems in his life. Ritika Singh is a delight.

She has moved out of her comfort zone and has performed her role well. She is potrayed as an angry young lady. One of the additions to the script is the music and background score of K.

The tracks have added more drama and emotions to the movie. The flick is produced by Madurai Anbu of Gopuram Films.Pooja Devariya, Nassar, Vela Ramamurthy are also in the cast.

Yogi Babu plays the comedian, he has managed to capture the attention of the audience with his one lines and comebacks.Aandavan Kattalai is an excellent well-written comedy drama that once more shakes the core of the issue and ends with a good feel.

A realistic show
