Call it a K V Anand magic. Four different periods, four different get-ups. Dhanush at his best. K V Anand has managed to weave an onscreen magic in Anegan. The movie oozes with romance and there are enough elements in it to attract attention of all.

The catchy music by Harris Jayaraj and colorful presentation by Anand adds charm. The movie begins in a brisk manner and scenes unfold in quick pace one after another. However at times goes too predictable.

Dhanush has managed to continue from where he left in VIP.  He is breezy and entertaining. Splendid is the word.Amyra is cute and bubbly, while Karthik excels in his comeback.

The movie begins in Myanmar several years ago.Samudra (Amyra) and Murugesan (Dhanush) fall for each other. But call it fate they get separated.

Samudra is reborn as Madhumitha (Amyra). She goes in search of Murugesan reborn somewhere.Eventually, she comes across Ashwin (Dhanush), reincarnation of Murugesan.

It is a breezy ride more in the lines of Magadheera. Do they join hands or not form the rest. Anand has given what the audience wants. A commercial entertainment.

But intelligently laced it with some tight screenplay. Dhanush as Kali is rip-roaring. Harris Jayaraj's tunes are rocking.Anegan is a colorful show. But goes predictable at many places and a flat climax may be disappointing. But for Dhanush it is a winner.

Colourful show
