Aarambam, Ajith’s most stylish and anticipated movie of the year 2013 is directed by Vishnuvardhan. The Hi-Tech action thriller features Ajith, Nayantara playing the lead and Arya, Taapsee Pannu as second fiddles. Diwali blast started well in advance in theatrical premise with Aarambam fancy shot, the reports claim. Fans are overwhelmed to see Ajith in a stylish look ever before and seem to be over the moon seeing a racy film from Thala.

The story in limelight is the usual old wine in new bottle, finding justice for the lost ones but Vishnuvardhan’s presentation counts and that has made all the difference and made Aarambam unique. Ajith once again sports his classic salt and pepper look for Aarambam and director Vishnuvardhan has done a brilliant job with screen play.

Ajith loose his friend Rana Daggubati due to a corruption racket in a lethal battle between the baddies.  Ajith who was infuriated by death of his close buddie Rana decides to take up the jouney to trace and deracinate the mafia behind low quality bullet proof vest.

He uses Arya in his mission with Nayanthara supporting him. Ajith kidnaps hacker Arya to find out some leads. Here the screen play turns to be easily predictable as the flashback reveals the story behind the actual vengeance where he lost his friend Rana.

Whether Ajith has succeeded in the mission forms the rest.  Though the story is not so new the writer duo Suba's screenplay makes it an engaging fare.

Hats off to Vishnuvardhan to take up screen play with his unique creativity in spite it’s a dusted story line and Thala for his stunning performance.

HighlightsThe biggest plus of the film is Ajith. The movie simply rides high on Ajith‘s shoulders. The style which he exhibits is amazing throughout the movie. The body language he carries through the movie is phenomenal.

Ajith’s salt and pepper look is impressive as usual and another plus point added to the movie is the stylish making of Vishnuvardhan. The director seems to have penned a very racy screenplay and the movie is engaging throughout. Arya as a hacker has done a neat job and his new hairstyle for this film is likeable and delivered his usual best with his comic timings.

Nayanthara deserves applause on her roles at some sequence. Tapsee is unexploited.

The stylish action heist movie makes cyberspace look glamorous. The first half of the movie is really racy, one can feel the movie as lengthy soon and moving like snail but as a whole the pace is strong and swift built with pinch of suspense and curiosity. Hacking sequence might be inspired by Hollywood movie Sword Fish.

Yuvan Shankar Raja’s music is a credit to the multi-starrer. The BGM composed fits in well with the screen play and numbers are simply amazing.
