There is always great challenge to work on remakes. One scene goes wrong, it fails to convey the same emotions, the total hard work goes waste. Hence understanding the difficulties, director Sreenath sets out with a good job in Vallavanukku Pullum Ayudham. A remake of Telugu hit Mariyadhai Ramanna,

The movie is the story of how a young man stays in the same house of the people who wants to kill him and ensure order. Written by Naan Ee fame S S Rajamouli, the movie is produced by PVP Cinema and Handmade films and features Santhanam, Ashna Zaveri,Nagineedu, Mirchi Senthil, VTV Ganesh, and Rajakumaran (husband of actor Devayani). Interestingly this is Santhanam';s maiden venture as hero.

A thorough entertainer with enough emotions and romance, VPA sticks to our heart instantly. Santhanam father was killed while the baddie's brother too when he was young. He sets out of the village with his mother. He takes up various jobs to make both ends meet.

Meanwhile he comes to know that a gang has been eyeing to kills him, perhaps a revenge. Now he sets out on a mission inside the house of baddies who want to bump him off and ensure all ends well. Shakthi and Richard M Nathan have handled camera work while music is scored by Siddarth Vipin.

Santhanam's solo show is the highlight. He romances, fights, makes one laugh and emotes too well. He is the pivot around all. Ashna is cute and bubbly. VTV Ganesh and Rajakumaran with their unique style make one laugh All in all, VPA is a good entertainer this summer.

Watch out with friends!
