Vaibhav Reddy, Oviya, Aishwarya Rajesh, VTV Ganesh, Karunakaran
When Sundar C announced that he is rolling out from his production venture Hello Naan Pei Pesuren to be directed by a newcomer Baskar it garnered all attention. Expectations flew high and there was huge hype.
Thanks to Baskar, the movie manages to live upto expectations and end up a fun watch. The shrewd director has taken up a oneline and woven a funny screenplay to work it big among the masses.
What is striking is the manner in which scenes are set up in the film. There is no logic but there are enough engaging elements in to keep one engrossed.Baskar, who had come out winner in Nalaya Iyakumar, is clear about his priorities.
Use the latest trend and come up with a movie that would keep you fasten to the seat belts. The movie boasts of a huge star cast and everyone have a part to play.
Interstingly, the pace in which the movie progresses works in its favour.Vaibhav had been part of many such light-hearted films before and it is no tough task for him to sit in this script well.
He ensures that he gives his best and in an innocent role he does it well.Ishwarya Rajesh, who shot to fame with Kaaka Muttai, plays a strikingly different role and it oozes with energy.
She even dances to grace for a kuthui song. Oviya plays a second heroine and she has ameaty part. She is cute and bubbly too. And watch out for the likes of Karunakaran and VTV Ganesh who go hammer and tongs to make you laugh.
Singam Puli's cameo worth a mention.Add to it catchy music by Siddharh Vipin specially the racy Silakki Dumma, the songs make it nice.
In a nutshell, the movie is about eerie moments in the lives of a trio. Vaibhav, Karunakaran and VTV Ganesh trample upon ghost on a mobile phone. Then changes their lives. There is romance to Vaibhav in the form of Ishwarya Rajesh.
There is a bumpy ride in the script. All said, Hello Naan Pei Pesuren is a fun-filled entertainer with no pangs. It is a fun filled time-pass.
