Mudinja Ivanai Pudi by K S Ravikumar seems to be his answer to his critics who wrote him off after a debacle in Rajinikanth starrer Lingaa. He seems too worked hard on the script and delivers a winner.

A collage of action, romance, suspense, thrilling moments, this bilingual - (being released in Tamil and Kannada), the stars Kannada star Sudeep and Nithya Menen in the lead roles.

Sadhu Kokila, Chikkana, Prakash Raj, Nasser, Sharath Lohitashwa, and Sathish are also in the film. It is produced by M B Babu and Rockline Venkatesh. Cinematography is by Rajarathinam and music by D Imman. What sets the ball going is the effective narration by KSR. He seems to have handled it with a  purpose.

What is a simple storyline gets a twist in every scene. The excitement builds up as the interval nears.Sudheep who proved all why is a master performer with a scintillating show in Naan Ee carries the movie well and his screen presence makes it a racy show.

Nithya Menen is no far behind. The  young actress not just looks good but comes up with a solid show. The movie also stars Prakash Raj, Mukesh Tiwari, Sathish, Sharath Imman's music is trendy.

The BGM adds to the excitement at many places. Editing by Praveen Antony is good.A double hero subject has been handled well by KSR in the past.

Sudheep dons the double role of Satya and Shiva. While one is an innocent guy(Satya), the other is a cunning thief (Shiva).

The cops does not believe the existence of two people and suspects the hero and villain to be one. Mudinja Ovanai Pudi has moments that would appease Sudheep fans. A movie that is commercially rich, it is worth a watch.

Ravikumar does it in style
