Romeo Juliet by director Laxman, a former associate of S J Suryah, is a movie that is a rom-com loaded with funny events. After Engeyum Kadhal come Jayam Ravi and Hansika. The hot cute pair set the screen on fire with their onscreen chemistry. There is abundant love, fun and laughter and more emotions in the film.

Lakshamn has polished the style of his mentor to deliver a commercial cocktail that oozes with laughter. With Imman's music adding more pep, the end product is glossy.

The movie revolves around Aishwarya (Hansika) who falls head over heels with Karthik (Jayam Ravi). She mistakes him to be a billionaire. But when she knows about the truth Karthik is a gym instructor, she leaves him. She gets engaged with a rich man Aravind (Vamsi).

Now Karthi decides to take cudgels against Aishwarya and threatens to break her relationship with Aravind. He entrusts Aishwarya with a job.She is now forced to find a suitable girl for him. What happens when she finds a girl for him forms the crux of the story.

Jayam Ravi is at his best. Splendid and spontaneous performance. He is back after a long gap in a romantic role. He does things well. Hansika is the scene stealer. She is cool, bubbly and energetic. Poonam Bajwa is amazing. Her strong screen presence is worth a mention.

The other main hero of the movie is  Imman. His songs especially Dandanakka is foot-tapping. The BGM are also good. The other credit worth a mention include Chandru's dialogues and Madhan Karky's lyrics.

A youthful entertainer amidst ghost films does leave a mark. Combine it with a smart on-screen chemistry by Jayam Ravi and Hansika, Romeo Juliet is here to stay.

For those who love fun film, here comes Romeo Juliet.

Fun is the word
