When a successful duo come together for the third installment of a hit series, expectations run sky-high. And Singam is a big brand already. The first part and second part featuring same set of artistes and the same technical crew did manage to make an impact.
Here comes the third installment. This time more racy and grand.Hari has disappointed his fans as he handles the scriupt in his typical style. He has used suriya's strength to bring out a flawless racy action cop story.Suriya shines.
And doing cop stories are a cakewalk for him. He proved it in Khakha Khakha, And the Singam series so far. Here he is more energetic and gigantic. Sruthi Haasan who joins with him after 7 Aum Arivu does a commendable job.
She does have a meaty role to do. Anushka sizzles with her screen space. She utilize it well indeed, Soori's comedy too is passable. The scene stealer is Anoop Thakur. He fights, emotes and oozes venom in his eyes. A perfect baddie on Tamil screen.
Durai Singam (Suriya), becomes the Commissioner (Crime Branch). Now he is entrusted with the task of going to Andhra Pradesh to investigate the murder of former Commissioner of Vizag.
The course of investigation leads Durai Singam to international mission where me meets up with the villain. Why was the Commissioner murdered and how he handles the case forms the crux of Singam 3.Priyan's camera is the backbone.
It runs and walks at places required. It is bright and beautiful. Harris Jeyaraj's music is good.Singam is a brisk venture and a valorous cop and his heroics form the crux.Good show by Hari and Suriya.
