Actor Soundararaja speaks out

'I want to do varied roles. Be it hero or villain, it should give me an opportunity to showcase my acting skills', says actor Soundararaja.

Soundararaja, who acted as Vijay Sethupathi's brother in Dharma Durai and as the young 'Traffic Ramasamy' in Enakku Veru Yengum Kilaigal Kidayathu, says, 'It is very rare for an actor to get different type of characters.

I am happy that I get challenging roles'. In Kaththi Sandai, he plays Vishal's friend, while his roles are interesting in Oru Kanavu Polae and Kallan.

He says, 'movies that explore the psychological aspects of an individual were common for K Balachander and Sridhar. In Kanavu Polae, directed by Vijayashankar, I got to play one such character.

It was challenging and audience will love it as there is a suspense element in it'. Kallan which is directed by Chandra features Karu Pazhaniappan in the lead. And I have a meaty part to play in it, he adds.'I want to remembered as an actor who can do any type of roles. I love what I do and conotinue my good work,' he winds up.
