Amy Jackson has spilled the secret of her fitness as ABC (apple, beetroot and carrot) juice every morning. She adds that it keeps her skin clear and has qualities which helps fight the signs of ageing.

She also lists her menu she has everyday to keep her healthy, which includes limejuice with warm water, oats, honey, chicken salad, potatoes, pomegranate, crab, fish, spinach and vegetables.
