Arrambam stopped for Rajyotsava

Kannada Rajyotsava also called as Karnataka Formation Day is celebrating its 58th Rajyotsava day this Friday.  Karnataka will celebrate its Rajyotsava every year on November 1.  Not only people from Karnataka but also all kannadigas across the world will celebrate the Birth of the Karnataka state.

This day will be given equal importance as they celebrate Diwali. Infact, Rajyotsava day is listed as a government holiday in the state of Karnataka. New films will also released on this auspicious day making Rajyotsava even more grandeur.

This year Rajyotsava day is more special as it falls on immediate next day after Diwali. Generally on Rajyotsava, sudden riots may happen affecting the normal life of Tamilians in Karnataka.

Tamilians will be mobbed by kannadigas involved in Anti-Tamil violence mainly for Cauvery delta issue. Ajith starrer Arrambam is set to hit big screen on Nov 1 worldwide but as precautious measure, makers have stopped the release of Arrambam on Nov 1 in areas where majority of Tamilian reside over there.

Ajith starrer Arrambam will be released only on Nov 2 in Karnataka while Mysore and Mandya area will have Arrambam screened after two weeks from its original release date.
