Deepika’s fitness training for Hollywood debut film

Deepika Padukone has been sweating it out in the gym for her Hollywood debut, 'XXX: The Return of Xander Cage,' with Vin-Diesel in the lead. 

Deepika’s fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala said that, “She leaves for the shoot on February 2 and most of her portions will be filmed in Toronto and Los Angeles”.

She also added that “Deepika needs to look tough like someone who is always ready for a fight and needs to gain more muscle. Our new workout plan involves a lot of functional strength training, starting with basic weight training”.

Deepika has been training daily for an hour and will amp it up with more intense workouts until she leaves for filming.

"She has already been pulling off 200 pounds for leg press, but there will be a lot more heavy weight training now, besides bosu (exercise routines involving a ball) and TRX suspension training," says Yasmin who is all praise for Deepika's passion and added that "She is an athlete and enjoys the workout".
