Although in practice younger music composers rule Tamil cinemas, Deva has composed music for movie ‘Siruvani’ like Ilayaraja did for ‘Nee Thanae En Pon Vasantham’. 

So as to please the younger generation of today, Deva has composed music for an item number.  For the number, glamour actress Babylona has danced. 

The crew opines that since Deva composes music after considerable gap, the number in the movie would make fans dance to the tune of the song.
