Chinmayi, leading playback singer in cinemas and compeer for television programs presented herself in Police Commissioner Office with a complaint. 

‘In Twitter, obscene photographs and comments of me have been posted.  About six people are into the nefarious act.  Police should conduct investigation and take action against those people.’

‘I contacted those people over phone and condemned them.  When I condemned them, they used obscene language.  They threw remarks based on caste.  They ask me whether I am a Tamil.’

The identity of those mentioned by Chinmayi has come to light.  The identity of those people is as follows:-

A professor, following whom Rajan from Avinasi, Senthil Kumar, Mandira Moorthi, Saravana Kumar, Ramanathan have resorted to harassment.  Police has launched a hunt for these people.  But those people have absconded.
