Kamal Haasan concedes removing objectionable scenes in ‘‘Vishwaroopam’’

There is report that Kamal Haasan’s side has conceded removing objectionable scenes from ‘Vishwaroopam’ which are against Muslims.  Only after the hearing in court is over today, final decision would emerge.

Islam outfits have conveyed protest against some scenes in the movie ‘Vishwaroopam’.  The Muslim outfits have accused that the scenes show Muslims and Islam in poor light.

Following protest from Muslims, the Tamil Nadu Government imposed ban upon ‘‘Vishwaroopam’’.  Kamal Haasan has approached High Court so as to lift the ban upon the movie.  Magistrate Venkatraman is into the hearing of the case.  He viewed the movie yesterday.  Also, the magistrate is to pronounce his verdict today.

A report says that Kamal Haasan has conceded removing objectionable scenes in the movie which are against Muslims.

Also, Kamal Haasan’s side is to convey this to the court.  But, nothing has been confirmed.

It seems that the High Court would lift ban upon Kamal Haasan’s ‘‘Vishwaroopam’’ if he removes the controversial scenes.  There is anticipation that judgment favouring ‘‘Vishwaroopam’’ would be delivered.
