Actor Karthi’s forthcoming venture is ‘Saguni’.  He has titled the movie following ‘Saguni’ with the name of character played by Rajini in his old movie.

That old movie in which Rajini was cast has dialogues which have appeal even now among masses.

The movie is none other than the evergreen action movie ‘Moonru Mugam’ in which Rajini played the character Alex Pandian.

The Karthi Starrer has been named ‘Alex Pandian’.  Suraj is directing the movie.

Anushka is pairing up with Karthi in the movie.  It is noteworthy that Suraj used Rajini Starrer titles as ‘Padikkaadhavan’ and ‘Maappillai’ for Dhanush movies.
