Like in movies as Kadal and NeerPaRavai which center lovers, the movie ‘Mariaan’ centers issues that people by seashore need to tackle.  The movie which is being made in seashore locations abroad other than Tamil Nadu has Appukutty doing Dhanush’s friend in the movie. It is to be noted that Appukutty is known for his role in movie ‘Mannaaru’.
