Police complaint against director Bala for disrespecting currency

Hindu People Party’s Youth Wing has filed complaint with Thiruvidaiyur Police accusing director Bala of disrespecting Indian currency. 

The last month, on 25th, felicitation was held for director Bala on behalf of ‘Naam Thamizhar Iyakkam’.  Bala participated in the felicitation and made address.


Then, Bala related his difficulties during time when he entered Tamil cinema. 

Bala said that both he and Seeman, who were poverty-stricken, dwelt under the same roof.  Then, as both received chance to do movie, they received several lakhs as salary.  Then, both strew the money over the floor, and jumped upon the currencies, said Bala. 


It is reported that Bala himself said that he used to ask for money with Seeman and Seeman used to ask for money with Bala remarking about the currencies as ‘Lakshmi’. 

In a development, Gurumoorthy, Regional Secretary for Hindu People Party’s Youth Wing, filed complaint with Kumbakonam Police.


In the complaint he has demanded action against Bala saying that Bala has disrespected Indian currency which is considered the form of Goddess Lakshmi.  Also, another complaint has been registered against Bala in Thiruvidaiyur Police Station.
