Actor Samuthirakani plays the lead role in Manimaran's next venture. He plays a union leader to the weaver’s community. Director Vetri Maaran is producing this venture which is based on a novel. Velraj handles the cinematography while Venkatesh of Visaranai fame will handle the editing of the movie.

The main cast and crew of the movie will be officially announced in the coming days.Samuthirakani is a busy bee with hos hands full. He is also part of Rajinikanth's Kaala. Besides he is planning to direct another movie soon.
