Ravi Brahme, national secretary for Lok Jansakthi Party, has filed complaint petition in Sathushringi police station which is located near Pune. 

In the complaint petition, it has been mentioned ‘A video was released in YouTube website.  There is scene in the video revealing actor Shah Rukh Khan disrespecting the national flag.  So, strict action should be initiated against Shah Rukh Khan’ said the petition.

‘The petitioner had attached video proof along with complaint petition.  On basis of complaint, a case was registered against Shah Rukh Khan in Sathushringi police station.  Later, the case was changed to Mumbai police jurisdiction.  Mumbai police are investigating the case.

Before, a model was clad in bikini which resembles the national flag.  Brahme filed case against her also.  Following complaint, the model was arrested and let out on bail next day.
