Court sends summon order to Shah Rukh Khan for smoking in stadium during IPL match

Jaipur court has sent summon to actor Shah Rukh Khan, the proprietor of Kolkata Knight Riders team for smoking in the stadium during the IPL match.

The 5th season match between Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders was held in the Savaai Maan Singh stadium in Jaipur the last 8th.  Popular Bollywood actor and proprietor of Kolkata Knight Riders team, Shah Rukh Khan reportedly smoked in the stadium.

Following this, Jaipur cricket academy head Anand Singh Rathore filed complaint against the actor.  The case came for hearing in front of the judge. 

Lawyer who presented himself on behalf of Rathore said ‘In Rajasthan, a ban has been imposed upon smoking in public places.  But Shah Rukh Khan smoked before thousands of audience gathered in the stadium.  Also, the act has been captured in telecasts.’

Following this, the judge sent summon to Shah Rukh Khan to present himself the coming May 26th. 

It is to be noted that Shah Rukh Khan had already been caught smoking.
