Shah Rukh Khan denies reports of getting into drunken brawl in Mumbai stadium

Bollywood actor – proprietor of Kolkata Nightriders team, Shah Rukh Khan has refuted reports of getting into a drunken brawl with the security personnel of the Wankhade stadium.

Yesterday, as the 5th in the series of IPL matches, Mumbai Indians team and Kolkata Nightriders team clashed with each other in the Wankhade stadium, Mumbai.  Kolkata team won the match.  It is reported that proprietor of Kolkata team, Shah Rukh Khan got into a drunken brawl with security personnel of the stadium.  The Mumbai cricket board imposed lifetime ban upon Shah Rukh Khan forbidding entry into Wanghade Stadium.

Following that, Shah Rukh Khan made an address to the reporters:

‘I was not even there in the stadium during the match.  I went to the stadium to escort back my children who witnessed the match.  Then, I commended the players there.  Then, Mumbai cricket board’s officials, under pretext of security pushed my children.  I was infuriated at that.  Only the security personnel behaved indecently.  I did not get into a drunken brawl.’

‘No parent would put up with children being pushed.  If this is their decorum, I would never go the stadium. Indeed, it is the Mumbai cricket board which needs to apologize to me.’
