Veteran actress Sridevi is back to movies through ‘English Vinglish’.  The movie is made in Tamil and Hindi.  Sridevi last did movie ‘Naan Adimai Illai’ starring Rajinikanth.  The movie in which she paired up with Rajini was released in 1986.

Then, Sridevi was busily into Hindi movies and married producer Bony Kapoor after which she settled in Mumbai.  After a gap of 25 years Sridevi is back to cinemas through movie ‘English Vinglish’.

The shooting for movie ‘English Vinglish’ is over.  The movie is to be released the coming October 14th.  In a development, Sridevi desired screening special show of the movie to Rajini.

Following that, a special show of the movie was arranged in Preview Theater in Chennai.  Rajini appeared with his family for the show. Rajini viewed the movie from begin to end and relished the movie thoroughly.  Also, he appreciated Sridevi for excellent delivery.  Also, Rajini conveyed appreciation to other artistes in the movie and technicians who worked for the movie.  Sridevi is happy that Rajini appreciated.
