Indian Censor Board gives clearance to 3D ‘Titanic’

The Indian Censor Board has given clearance to 3D movie ‘Titanic’ without the scissors going into any scene of the movie.  Titanic, the James Cameron Movie, starring Leonardo D’Caprio and Kate Vincelet, was released in 1997 and won much acclaim amidst audiences of the world including India. 

This movie centers the instance in 1912 when ship ‘Titanic’ sank in the Atlantic Ocean.  The movie which bagged 11 Oscars is now changed to 3D and is to be released again.

The movie is to be released on April 5th  across countries.  The Indian Censor Board has certified the movie as ‘U/A’.

When the movie ‘Titanic’ was released in 1997 in India, censoring went into the scenes depicting painting of an exposed Kate Vincelet, and also the scenes showing romance between D’Caprio and Kate Vincelet . 

But presently those scenes have not been censored.  The censor board has granted permission to release the movie without any change.
