Vidya Balan paid 5 crore to be brand ambassador for saris

Hindi actresses as Kareena Kapoor, Katrina Kaif and Vidya Balan receive crores as remuneration for movies.  Also, they do advertisements and earn crores.

Vidya Balan did glamour role in movie ‘The Dirty Pictures’ and turned popular.  Also, she received national award for best actress in the movie.  Following that, her salary shot up.  Also, chances to do advertisement heaped up.

Vidya Balan has been selected as brand ambassador for Sari Manufacturing Company.  A remuneration of Rs. 5 crore has been fixed for Vidya Balan.  She has signed agreement that she does scenes promoting the sari and that she emerges in public occasions wearing the sari.
