Ashwin, Srishti Dangey
Karthik Rishi

A fresh director and a set of not-so popular faces. But an intense story and spendid music by Ilayaraja. The end product is a winner. That is Megha for you.

Newcomer Karthik Rishi's Megha, a romantic thriller, lives big thanks to maestro Ilayaraja's music. Produced by Albert James, the movie has Aswin of Mangatha fame, Srushti, Angana Roy, Jayaprakash, Y G Mahendra, Vijayakumar and Ravi Prakash.Cinematography is by R B Gurudev and editing by Ram Sudharsan.

It is a movie that revolves around three individuals. Romance, thrills and suspense makes up the story. The movie revolves around Ashwin who comes to hospital bleeding. There is Shrushtio admitted in serious condition. Anagana, who is supposed to marry Ashwin is the nurse there.

Sadly the blame of trying to rape and murder Srishti falls on Ashwin. Angana is shocked. What happens then in their lives forms the crux. Ashwin steals the show with a super show. Srusthi is tailor-made for the role while Angana is impressive with her emotions.

Vijayakumar and Y Gee Mahendra are also in the cast. Karthik Rishi has managed to narrate a set-edge thriller well. The life and soul of the movie is Ilayaraja's BGM.

Megha is a refreshing film and a must watch.

Super Show
