Sarathkumar is back with a bang in Sandamarutham. Directed by A Venkatesh it features him in dual roles. Oviya and Meera Nandan play female leads with the star cast comprising big names like Radharavi, Thambi Ramiah, and Imman Annachi besides Samuthirakani.

Music is by James Vasanthan. Sarathkumar himself has written the story, while veteran suspense novelist Rajesh Kumar has penned the screenplay and dialogues.

The movie chronicles the travails of an encounter specialist. Interestingly there is a Sarathkumar to wage battle on another Sarathkumar. After almost 25 years, Sarathkumar takes to playing a negative role in a Tamil film.

Sarathkumar has done an amazing show and enthralls the masses with a splendid show. Tha baddie Sarathkumar runs an international crime syndicate. There are few motives behind his bad act.

The onus is on the other to set things right. Sarathkumar dazzles. He excels and is bang on target. Oviya is bubbly and cute, while Meera Nandan is apt and tailor-made for the role.

Thambi Ramiah and Imman Annachi get their act right and comedy strikes it rich.Watch out for the post interval portions that manage an engaging watch. Though there are some dull moments, the climax fight sequence is brilliant and interesting.Sandamarutham is strictly for action-lovers

Sarath special
