Expectations run sky-high ever since Kamal Haasan's Vishwaroopam 2's release was announced. A spy thriller, it has action aplenty. It is about the heroics of Indian spy agent Wizam Ahmed Kashmiri and his mission to save two big democracies - London and Delhi.

How he accomplishes in his own style forms the crux.Directed and enacted by Kamal Haasan, Vishwaroopam 2 speaks volumes of Wizam's valour and how he executes it. The first part ended with Wizam aka Vishwanath preventing massive attack planned on New York City by Al-Qaeda Terrorist Omar.

However Omar escapes. Wizam is behinds him in the sequel. Coming to know that they have plotted serial blast attacks on London and New Delhi, Wizam now steps in to save them. With the help of Colonel Jaganathan (Sekar Kapur), Ashmitha (Andrea) and his wife (Pooja), he does that exactly after lots of bloodshed and violence.

Kamal Haasan is at his active best. He fights, he romances, he cracks someone liners that have an impact on contemporary politics. Both Andrea and Pooja Kumar utilize the opportunity given to them exactly well.

If there are more scenes for Pooja with Kamal in the sequel, Andrea has some breathtaking stunts to perform. Rahul Bose as Omar has little o do, while Waheeda Rahman as Kamal's mother is impressive.

There is a cameo by Bollywood's Anant Mahadevan.Vishwaroopam 2 has bright visuals by cinematographers Shamdat Sainudeen and Sanu John Varghese. Mohammad Ghibran's background score are impressive.Vishwaroopam 2 has action, comedy, romance and drama. There is plenty of adrenaline rushing action scenes which is sure to appease Kamal fans.
